1. OUR COMMITMENT

At Turbionaire, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely and transparently.

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through www.turbionaire.com.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently deliver to all Member States of the European Union.

Delivery availability may change from time to time due to legal restrictions, carrier limitations or operational reasons.

The latest list of available shipping destinations is always displayed during checkout.


3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 Business Days after:

  • successful payment authorization;
  • fraud prevention checks, where applicable;
  • product availability has been confirmed.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next Business Day.

During promotional campaigns, seasonal peaks or exceptional circumstances, processing times may be longer.


4. SHIPPING METHODS

Depending on the destination, products may be delivered by one or more professional logistics providers.

Our delivery partners may include, among others:

  • DHL
  • DPD
  • GLS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • national courier partners

The available shipping options for your destination will be displayed during checkout.

Turbionaire reserves the right to use an equivalent carrier where operationally necessary.


5. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country, product availability and the selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates displayed during checkout are indicative only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

Unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • severe weather;
  • customs procedures (where applicable);
  • transport disruptions;
  • strikes;
  • force majeure events;
  • carrier operational issues.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed if significant delays occur.


6. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on factors including:

  • destination;
  • order value;
  • parcel dimensions;
  • parcel weight;
  • selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before the order is placed.

From time to time, Turbionaire may offer free shipping promotions subject to the terms of the relevant campaign.


7. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will normally receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • tracking number;
  • carrier information;
  • tracking link, where available.

Tracking information may require several hours to become active after dispatch.


8. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in:

  • delayed delivery;
  • failed delivery;
  • return of the shipment;
  • additional shipping costs,

Turbionaire may request reimbursement of the additional costs where permitted by applicable law.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible.

Address changes cannot always be accommodated once an order has entered the fulfilment process.


9. FAILED DELIVERIES

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the customer is unavailable;
  • delivery is refused without legal justification;
  • the parcel is not collected from a designated collection point within the carrier's retention period;

the shipment may be returned to Turbionaire.

In such cases, additional shipping costs may apply where permitted by applicable law.

Customers will be informed of the available options before any additional charges are requested.

10. TRANSFER OF RISK

For Consumer purchases, the risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to you when you, or a person designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods.

Where you independently arrange transport through a carrier not offered by Turbionaire, the transfer of risk may occur in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights.


11. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We carefully inspect and package all orders before dispatch.

If your parcel appears to have been damaged during transport, we recommend that you:

  • inspect the package before accepting delivery, where reasonably possible;
  • note any visible damage with the carrier, if permitted;
  • take photographs of the parcel and the damaged product;
  • contact our Customer Support team as soon as reasonably possible.

To help us investigate the issue with the carrier, we recommend reporting visible transport damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within this timeframe does not affect your statutory rights, but it may reduce our ability to recover losses from the carrier.


12. MISSING OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

If your order appears to be incomplete or if an item is missing, please contact Customer Support as soon as reasonably possible.

To help us investigate, please provide:

  • your order number;
  • photographs of the package, where relevant;
  • photographs of the shipping label;
  • a description of the missing item(s).

Where the claim is confirmed, the missing product or component will be shipped as soon as reasonably possible.


13. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

To improve delivery times, products from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels.

Where this occurs:

  • you will not be charged additional shipping costs unless clearly agreed in advance;
  • each shipment may have its own tracking number;
  • your order confirmation will remain unchanged.

14. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Examples include:

  • severe weather conditions;
  • transport disruptions;
  • strikes or industrial action;
  • carrier operational issues;
  • force majeure events;
  • temporary shortages of transport capacity.

Where significant delays occur, we will endeavour to keep you informed and provide updated delivery information where available.


15. REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused without legal justification or is not collected from the carrier or collection point within the applicable holding period, the parcel may be returned to Turbionaire.

Once the parcel has been returned and inspected, we will contact you to discuss the available options, which may include:

  • re-shipment of the order (additional shipping charges may apply where permitted by law); or
  • cancellation of the order and refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

16. ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT

Turbionaire is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its shipping operations wherever reasonably possible.

Depending on the product and destination, we may use:

  • recyclable cardboard packaging;
  • recyclable protective materials;
  • right-sized packaging to reduce unnecessary waste.

Packaging materials may vary according to the product, shipping destination and carrier requirements.
